This spicy seasoning is made by mincing green yuzu and green chili peppers that were grown without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilisers, or reduced-use pesticides, and adding salt to the mixture. The spiciness of the chili peppers is complemented by the aroma of green yuzu.
Use it to flavour meat dishes, hot pots, stir-fries, and somen noodles. Combine with mayonnaise to make a Japanese-style tartar sauce, or add it to dressings. It can be used in a variety of ways, depending on how you use it.
We are proud to have finally found a very tasty Organic Yuzu Kosho. After making yuzu koso at a workshop, we found that the condiment is made primarily from Yuzu peels. After this experience we felt it is very important that the peels are not sprayed with pesticides.
