Half or semi dry noodles are always considered far superior to fully dried noodles because of the texture and chewiness. It is difficult to preserve these naturally, which is why we love these noodles that are made the old fashioned way by hanging the noodles to dry. A painstaking and time consuming method that completely changes the texture of the noodles.
How to cook: Put the noodles in boiling 500cc hot water and boil for about 2 minutes. Add to your pre-prepared ramen soup.
We recommend our Vegan Dashi soup base. Just add a small amount to boiling water and you have a soup base that you can turn into any kind of ramen just by adding pork for Tonkatsu, Chicken, Seafood, etc. Click here to purchase the vegan soup base.
